Grounding Spot Mindfulness Summer Camp starts Tuesday, June 16th and runs Tuesday–Friday from 12:30 AM–3:30 PM 🌞 Children will enjoy kid-friendly movement, mindfulness and breathwork, arts and crafts, emotional intelligence activities & playtime. Ages 5+.

🌞 Grounding Spot Mindfulness Summer Camp begins June 16th and runs Tuesday–Friday from 11:30 AM–3:30 PM! Kids will enjoy a fun and uplifting summer experience focused on mindfulness, movement, creativity, confidence, and connection through activities like yoga, meditation, breathwork, emotional intelligence exercises, arts & crafts, teamwork games, and healthy snack breaks.
