What do we mean by mental fitness? We measure mental fitness by the amount of joy, resilience and fulfillment you have in your life. Mental fitness is defined as a state of well-being and having a positive sense of how we feel, think, and act. It's the ability to create the life you want versus reacting to what life throws at you.

The pillars of mental fitness are: 

  1. Emotional: Self-acceptance, self-esteem, and resilience.
     

  2. Social: Friends and support network as they bring companionship and enrichment to our lives. 
     

  3. Financial: Feeling in control of your finances, being able to handle financial setbacks, and being on track to achieve your financial and life goals.
     

  4. Physical: Healthy diet, regular exercise, and enough sleep to reduce your risk of developing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and depression.

Mental wellness is our entire focus. Every product and service we offer is designed to help develop our skills for better mental health.

Developing the skills for better mental fitness can benefit you and everyone around you in some of the following ways. 

  • Being present. This results in more enjoyment of life and better relationships. Being present in this moment helps us become aware of our body, thoughts, emotions. We get to detach from the past and future. After all, life happens now.

  • The ability to respond, not react. This can improve relationships and the way we think about the world.

Improved cognitive function. Better focus, processing speed, memory, concentration, time management, and communication have a positive impact, personally and professionally.  

  • Increased positive emotions: optimism. With increased awareness comes the ability to notice and reframe thoughts in more helpful ways.
