

Mindfulness Summer Camp
Grounding Spot Mindfulness Summer Camp starts Tuesday, June 16th and runs Tuesday–Friday from 12:30 AM–3:30 PM 🌞 Children will enjoy kid-friendly classes and movement, mindfulness and breathwork, arts and crafts, emotional intelligence activities, playtime, and healthy snack breaks in a fun and uplifting environment. Give your child a summer experience focused on confidence, creativity, movement, and mindfulness ✨ Ages 5 and up!
Kid-Friendly Movement Classes
Children will participate in gentle movement, stretching, mindfulness movement, and fun fitness activities designed to help improve body awareness, confidence, coordination, and healthy movement habits in a positive and supportive environment.
Meditation & Emotional Intelligence Activities
Children will be introduced to guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, gratitude practices, and activities focused on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, confidence building, and healthy communication skills.
Playtime & Social Connection
Campers will enjoy structured playtime, games, teamwork activities, and opportunities to build friendships in a safe, uplifting, and encouraging environment.
Breath Work & Nervous System Regulation
Campers will learn simple, age-appropriate breathing exercises that help regulate emotions, calm the nervous system, improve focus, and reduce stress and anxiety.
Arts & Crafts
Creative activities including painting, bracelet making, journaling, vision boards, and other mindful arts and crafts projects that encourage creativity and self-expression.
Snack Time
Daily snack breaks will allow children to recharge, socialize, and learn the importance of healthy habits and balanced nutrition throughout the day.
