Fear, anxiety, and stress. These states of mind can impact our quality of life. Depression, the blues, or feeling down. These things rob us of our joy. Our relationships can become impacted. Our work can suffer.  

Many of us experience fluctuating moods, emotions, and mindsets. This is normal. But when these moods, emotions and mindsets begin to impact our relationships and our quality of life, it's important to recognize and do something about it. 

Mental wellness includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

The mental health of students can affect their education, social life, and emotional well-being. Students struggling with mental health may experience more significant challenges throughout school and adulthood, while those not struggling may have a greater zest for their education, social experiences, and more.

Loving yourself is a daily practice.
