Join Grounding Spot every Sunday (except the 3rd Sunday of each month) for an uplifting rooftop yoga experience at Rooftop at Riverside, located at 27333 Old 41 Rd, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
From 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, we’ll move through an all-levels flow designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and ground you for the week ahead. After class, stay and enjoy mimosas, brunch, and vibrant rooftop vibes — the perfect blend of wellness and weekend fun.
